Wrong, damaged, or defective items
We hope the package you receive is exactly what you wanted. If you believe a product was shipped in error, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, we want to help. Please contact us by emailing us at (email@example.com) so we can make sure you’re taken care of.
Note: We will only provide customer service on product bought through the megasumer.com website.
Our return policy
Returned items must meet all of the following criteria: Final-sale items are not eligible for return. We must receive all non–final sale items within 30 days of delivery to you. Items must be in original condition. All original packaging, tags, paperwork, and accessories must be included. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Note: We will only offer returns on product bought through the megasumer.com website.
Making a return
If you’d like to make a return, email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide the following information:
1) Order number
2) Product, and quantity being returned
3) Reason for the return
Our customer service team will then contact you with instructions for the return. Then, just follow the instructions to send the item you'd like to return back to us.
If your order came with a packing slip, please fill out the return section on the slip, including the appropriate Reason Code for each item you are sending back. (We suggest that you make a copy for your records.)
Make sure all of the items are in their original condition. Be sure to include any packaging, warranty cards, and all other accessories in your box.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For your protection, you may want to insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your merchandise Credit or refund. We will send you an email letting you know when we have received your return. Then, once it's accepted and processed, we'll refund your original form of payment (minus the cost of return shipping if applicable) in about seven business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Allow 5-10 days for your credit card company to post the refund. If several weeks have passed and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Returning a gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, meeting the criteria of our return policy, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
To return a gift email us at (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please provide your order number in the email with the product, quantity being returned, and reason for the return.
Note: Gift purchasers may also return the gift through the normal returns process for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
We can accept returnable merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after this period cannot be accepted, and your package will be returned to you.
We let you know when an item is final sale by noting it in the item’s bulleted description. Final-sale items cannot be returned.
